Accomodation of the group at a 3*** Hotel in the vicinity of Lecce.
Welcome dinner at a Restaurant in the historical towncentre. Presentation of the tour.
Return to the Hotel. Overnight stay.

| Day 2 |
Breakfast at the Hotel. Meeting of the group with the tourist
guide and visit to the historical towncentre of Lecce. Tasting
of local Salento foods. Lunch at a traditional restaurant. In
the afternoon transfer with the tourist guide to S.
Maria di Cerrate. In the abbey you can look at a set
of frescos realized between the XII and the XIII century. These
frescos are of great importance in the history of Byzantine
painting in the Mediterranean area. In the evening a relaxing
walk in the town and dinner with local food and good wine. Return
to the Hotel. Overnight stay. |

| Day 3 |
Breakfast at the Hotel. Departure with the tourist guide to
the beautiful Valle d’Itria. Locorotondo,
a beautiful small town that overlooks the valley, visit to the
wine growers’ cooperative and tasting of local wine and food.
In the afternoon transfer to Alberobello and
visit of famous “trulli”. In the evening return to the Hotel.
Dinner and overnight stay. |

| Day 4 |
Breakfast at the Hotel. Meeting of the group with the tourist
guide and departure to Grecìa Salentina; visit
of the historical towncentre of the most important villages
from an artistic and cultural point of view. Lunch at a traditional
farmhouse of Salento. In the afternoon visit to the Castle
of Corigliano d’Otranto, which is an extension and
fortification of the previews manor of the 14th century. Dinner
at a traditional farmhouse. In the evening return to the Hotel.
Overnight stay. |

Breakfast at the Hotel. Meeting of the group with the tourist
guide and departure to Ignazia. Visit to the
Excavations and optional visit to the Museum. Lunch at Ostuni
in the Castle. In the evening return to the Hotel. Dinner and
overnight stay. |

| Day 6 |
Breakfast at the Hotel. Meeting of the group with the tourist
guide and departure for Otranto, guided visit
of the ancient town, of the cathedral and the X century Chiesa
di San Pietro. Lunch at a farmhouse.. In the afternoon departure
for Gallipoli, guided excursion to the historical
towncentre, its churches and “case a corte” (houses peculiar
to the area). Dinner at a traditional “trattoria” in Gallipoli.
Return to the Hotel. Overnight stay. |

Breakfast at the Hotel. Goodbyes and Thanks.
Departure.

Price includes:
- Accomodation in reserved twin-bedded rooms at a 3*** Hotel in the
vicinity of Lecce. Service: overnight stay, breakfast and half board
(if indicated);
- Lunches and dinners in typical restaurants – local Puglia/Salento
foods (beverages included: ¼ wine + ½ mineral water);
- Tourist guide service for the whole stay as indicated in the programme;
- Insurance.

Method of payment:
- 30% of the individual price at the moment of confirmation.
- The remaining sum 20 days before the starting day of the stay.
